Read the privacy policyCommon questions
How do I restore an existing subscription?
Connect to the internet, use the Apple Account that made the purchase, and choose Restore purchases on FitTrax’s subscription screen. If access still does not appear, contact support with the message shown in the app.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FitTrax. You can also use Manage Apple subscription in FitTrax Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Why does the annual plan say it is unavailable?
Check your internet connection and try opening the subscription screen again. If it remains unavailable, email support with the exact message. Apple handles subscription purchases and payment issues.
How do I move my saved work to another device?
On the original device, use Settings → Your data → Export data as text. Keep the complete exported text. On the destination device, select Import saved data and paste that text. Importing replaces the destination’s existing data, so export that data first if you want to keep it.
How do I change units or fraction precision?
Open Settings → Measurements to choose Feet / inches or Metric, and select a fraction precision of 1/8, 1/16, or 1/32 inch. Check the units shown with your result before using it.
Does FitTrax include manufacturer fitting takeoffs?
This version uses manual fitting deductions. Enter dimensions for the fitting and connection you are installing. Verify measurements, allowances, and project requirements before marking or cutting; FitTrax calculates geometry and does not certify a pipe system.
