FitTrax · Your information
Privacy policy
Updated September 10, 2026
FitTrax is an iPhone pipefitter calculator developed by Israel Rodriguez. This policy explains how the FitTrax app, support communications, and this support website handle information.
Measurements, jobs, and preferences
FitTrax stores measurements, calculation history, saved jobs, notes, favorites, and preferences locally on your device. The app does not transmit this information to the developer or sync it to a FitTrax server.
Calculation history retains your last 150 calculations. Saved jobs remain until you remove them. The app includes no advertising, tracking, or analytics service.
Apple purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes subscription purchases and payments. FitTrax checks Apple-verified subscription information on your device to determine whether your subscription is active, including its expiration or revocation status. FitTrax does not receive your payment card details.
Apple handles purchase records and payment information under Apple’s privacy policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account. Removing FitTrax does not cancel a subscription.
Sharing, exports, and backups
When you copy, share, or export information, you choose what leaves FitTrax and which app or recipient receives it. Those apps and services handle the information under their own policies. Your operating system may include FitTrax data in backups according to your device and account settings.
Importing a FitTrax export replaces the current data in that installation after you confirm. Keep a separate export of any existing data you want to retain.
Removing your local data
You can remove individual jobs and clear calculation history within FitTrax. In Settings, choose Your data → Clear calculation history to clear recent calculations; saved jobs are kept.
Removing the app may remove its locally stored data. Export anything you want to keep before removing it. Copies that you exported, shared, or backed up must be managed separately in the receiving app, service, or device settings. The developer cannot retrieve jobs that only exist on your device.
Contacting support
If you email fittraxsupport@gmail.com, the developer receives your email address and any information you include, such as screenshots or a description of an issue, to respond and troubleshoot. Email is handled through the email service provider.
Support messages are retained as needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. You may use the same address to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any necessary recordkeeping obligations. Send only the information needed to explain your question.
This website and external links
This support website contains no advertising, analytics scripts, or contact form. Its hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and access logs, to deliver and secure the website. This website handling is separate from information stored locally in the FitTrax app.
Links to Apple, reference sources, and other external services open websites governed by those services’ privacy practices.
Policy updates and questions
If FitTrax’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed practices apply. The date above identifies the latest revision.
